Sonic HealthPlus is launching a new and improved Client Portal in October 2024, aimed at improving data security and streamlining client communication in a user-friendly and centralised platform.

This upgrade reflects our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your privacy and continuously improving our service quality.

The new Client Portal is the delivery tool for all our medical results, replacing outdated email and PDF communications. Registered clients are able to view and download all medical results for their company from a secure and centralised platform, available 24/7 from desktop or mobile.

As the development progresses, clients can expect to see a range of new features that seamlessly integrate with their current management systems including:

  • latest occupational healthcare tips and industry news
  • candidate journey tracking and periodic medical management
  • consolidation with SASS - our appointment scheduling system
  • access to self-manage user and system configurations.
